TECHNICAL TRAINING
Touch and passing workouts

Eating right and conditioning are important aspects of taking your game to the another level.  But being "fit" is only part of the equation.  When your first touch is 10 yards away or you are not confident dribbling in tight spaces or your pass is too weak or too strong or off target, you will not be getting the playing time you think you deserve because you are fit.  Here are some workouts you can perform to get better touch.  These can be done alone or with a friend.
